Participants will have learned specific skills and approaches they can begin to apply immediately to look for process improvement opportunities and to manage projects more efficiently and effectively. They will also have earned a LSSO Legal Lean SigmaTM "White Belt" certification. Both disciplines - Project Management and Process Improvement - require additional coursework and experience to reach expert status.
